ABOUT NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

Nutritional therapy is an evidence-informed approach that uses nutrition and lifestyle changes to support your body's natural ability to restore balance and recover. Rather than simply managing symptoms, it looks at the root causes of what you're experiencing — and addresses those instead.

01

What is nutritional therapy?

Not quite. Dietitians typically work within the NHS and focus on clinical conditions using established dietary guidelines. Nutritional therapists take a more holistic, root-cause approach — looking at your full health history, lifestyle, and how your body systems are functioning together.

Is nutritional therapy the same as seeing a dietitian?

02

Yes. My practice is evidence-informed, meaning I draw on current nutritional science and research to guide my recommendations. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, one of the UK's leading natural medicine colleges, and as an ANP registered member I'm committed to ongoing professional development — regularly attending seminars and summits to ensure my practice reflects the latest research and thinking in nutritional therapy.

WORKING WITH ME

I offer personalised nutritional therapy for a wide range of health concerns — from hormonal imbalances and digestive issues to skin conditions, thyroid problems, energy crashes and chronic stress.

You can work with me through a free 15-minute discovery call, the ROOT Method Programme (my signature 12-week programme), or ongoing guidance for clients who have completed the ROOT Method.

04

What services do you offer?

I work with anyone who wants to understand their body better and feel well again. While much of my personal experience relates to female hormonal health, I welcome all clients — men and women.

I particularly welcome neurodivergent clients, and offer consultations in both English and French.

05

Who do you work with?

Rather than providing generic advice, every programme is personalised to your health history, lifestyle and current challenges. Through the ROOT Method, I combine nutritional therapy, lifestyle support and root-cause investigation to help you understand what's actually driving your symptoms — and build changes you can actually sustain.

06

What makes you different?

My approach focuses on creating sustainable, long-term improvements rather than quick fixes. Lasting changes in health often require time — to understand root causes, implement adjustments gradually, and review how your body responds.
Working together over a structured period allows us to do that properly.

Why don't you offer one-off consultations?

07

Absolutely — and I particularly welcome it. As someone with a late AuDHD diagnosis myself, I understand the unique way neurodivergent bodies experience stress, hormones and health. My approach is flexible, non-judgmental and adapted to how you work best.

Can I work with you if I'm neurodivergent?

08

The first step is to book a free 15-minute discovery call. Before the call, you'll be asked to complete a short form to help me understand your situation. During the call we'll discuss your current health concerns, your goals, and whether the ROOT Method would be the right fit for you.

09

How do I get started?

You can get in touch using the contact form on this page or by emailing hello@origine-nutrition.co.uk. I personally review all messages and aim to reply within 24–48 hours. If you're interested in working together, the best place to start is by booking a free discovery call.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

All consultations take place online via Zoom, at a time that suits you. I work with clients across the UK, internationally, and in French.

Where are consultations held?

11

Not necessarily. Supplement guidance is included where appropriate, but it's never a blanket recommendation. Everything is personalised to your specific needs, health history and goals.

Do I need to take supplements?

12

I may recommend functional testing in certain cases to gain deeper insight — for example into gut health, nutrient status or hormonal balance. I work with a specialist functional testing provider to offer this as part of your care where appropriate. This is always optional, discussed with you first, and I'm also very comfortable working with existing blood panels if you already have them.

Will you ask me to do blood tests?

13

I'm happy to work with clients who have existing diagnoses. I always approach this carefully, with full awareness of your medical history and current treatment. If in doubt, we can discuss your specific situation on a discovery call.

What if I have a diagnosed medical condition?

14

Absolutely. Nutritional therapy works alongside conventional medicine — it doesn't replace it. I always take your current medications and medical conditions fully into account, and I encourage open communication with your GP.

Do you work alongside my GP or medical team?

15

COLLABORATIONS

I'm a health professional and would like to collaborate. Can I contact you?

16

Yes — I welcome conversations with other health and wellbeing professionals.

If you're interested in exploring collaborations, referrals or professional partnerships, please get in touch by emailing hello@origine-nutrition.co.uk. I'd be happy to discuss how we might support clients together.

Results may vary. Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical advice. Always consult your GP or medical team regarding any health concerns.
